Notice for registration as standing list for the Consulting Services

Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) intends to maintain a roaster of experts for the following consulting services relating to Telecom/ICT as per the provision of Bylaw 22 of NTA Procurement Bylaw, 2073. The standing list will be valid throughout the fiscal year 2080/81.
List of Consulting Services:
- Software Development, Upgrade and Support
- Public Procurement
- Financial Audit/Advice
- Monitoring, Inspection and Certification of Broadband/Optical Network/ Mobile Network Project
- Study/Design/Survey of Telecommunications Technologies/Telecommunication Infrastructure and Services
- Geo-location Mapping
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Brief Environmental Study (BIS) on Telecommunication Infrastructure
- Study on Digital Nepal Framework Initiatives related to Digital Foundation Sector
- Impact Assessment/Post Project Evaluation of Broadband/Optical Network/ Mobile Network Project
- Legal, Policy & Regulatory Framework
- Standardization/Quality of Telecommunication Equipment and Services
- Compliance Monitoring of Telecommunication Network/Equipment/Services
- IP addressing and IPV6 Migration
- EMF Exposure caused from the Mobile Tower
- ICT/Telecom Accessibility for people with Disabilities
- Workshop/Seminar/ Interaction Program/Public Awareness on different aspects of Telecom/ICT Technologies & Services
- Digital Literacy/Training
- Capacity Building, Institutional Development and Human Resource Development Training
- Telecommunications Tariff and Consumer Right Protection
- Study and Analysis of gap in Present License Policies, Telecom Penetration and Economic Impact
- Interconnection and Numbering
- Cyber Security/Security Audit
- Billing Authentication and Monitoring
- Radio Spectrum Planning/Management/Pricing
- Telecommunication Market Survey
- Design/Supervision of Construction/Work
The interested applicant as an independent consultant or through a consulting firm who wishes to be included in roaster of NTA has to submit the attested copy of the following document along with application to register as standing list for the aforementioned consulting services by an individual expert/person/company/firm through online portal available in website of NTA. It is notified that application shall be submitted for each of the aforementioned consulting services as applicable.
- The Company Registration Certificate (in case of firm)
- Value Added Tax Certificate
- Tax Clearance Certificate of F/Y 2079/80 or proof of time Extension for Tax return submission
- Business Certificate (if applicable)
- Company Profile (in case of firm)
- Curriculum Vitae (in case of individual)
- At least Bachelor’s Degree Certificate in related field ((in case of individual)
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (in case of firm)
- Joint venture (JV) Agreement (in case of JV firm)
- Share Holder Record Book
NTA reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant or to annul the whole process and shall be free from not only any liabilities incurred by any of the affected individuals or firms but also from any obligation to inform the individuals or firms of the ground for such action.
